Baby Boy Milestone Photos | Middletown, CT

Little Carter is 7 months old! It seems like just yesterday he was here for his newborn photoshoot at my Newington, CT studio (one of my favorite photos of 2019 in his grandfather’s uniform!), and all of a sudden it was time to come back! We were all set and scheduled for his baby boy milestone photos at the sit up stage back in April (he was a fast learner!), but with the arrival of COVID-19, photography studios were shut down between March and mid June to clients. It was ok! He ended up helping us reopen the studio on the first day back on June 17th, 2020 and what a cutie he is growing up to be! We’re not only sitting like a pro, but crawling, standing up, and even pushing my bench all around the studio! He’s going to be a runner by the time he comes in for his cake smash photos this fall! We decided to keep consistent with his newborn photos and go with a blue and gray color scheme. Mom even brought his grandmother’s quilt back to the studio to use for one of his sequences and it worked perfectly! I love when we can incorporate sentimental items into their sessions to make it even more special. These photos are going to look so amazing in print, and I can’t wait to see the wood cluster they chose to put on the wall! It’s one of my favorite types of wall art pieces and is going to look great! Things have been booming since we reopened the studio with LOTS of inquiries coming in daily!
