Nautical Cake Smash | South Windsor, CT

Baby Charlie is not so little anymore! You might remember him from our Santa Experience photos last Christmas, and I can’t believe he’s already 1! I’ve been planning his first birthday nautical cake smash at my Newington, CT studio for most of the summer, and although this theme is a common favorite it’s fun to plan different set ups for it and refresh! Charlie’s mom provided a new banner and with a few new items I was able to put something really cute together! And what a little model he was! Although he was a little unsure at first, some silly noise making by mom and dad was all that was needed to bring out the big smiles all morning long! He absolutely LOVE his cake by Betty’s Cake Creations, and working with her we were able to create something that would match my custom themed set up perfectly! And I absolutely loved the little rescue rings I was able to find while searching for new props! What a fun morning, and the best way to cherish these images of such a special milestone we discovered was a beautiful Heirloom album, some keepsake digitals, and a gorgeous frame to hang on the wall.
