Cousin Newborn Photos | South Windsor, CT

You might remember that we had another little newborn girl in the studio just a few weeks prior. After seeing her photos, Mom’s sister’s baby was also born 2 weeks later and she decided to come see The Flash Lady Photography too! Cousin newborn photos were going to be so precious and also a (fun) challenge as Mom & Dad wanted the same pink/white color scheme but with completely different props and backgrounds! Luckily we have a fairly extensive handmade prop collection from vendors all over the world, so it’s always fun to come up with different variations and color schemes. In comparison, baby cousin was a peanut at just over 6lb! So tiny and sweet and also a snuggler (I definitely don’t complain about that!). We moved through my workflow quickly and she did a great job cooperating as we went through some different poses, outfits, and props. Mom & Dad loved all of the options including incorporating a little basketball prop! We had a great morning together and I was so happy to also give their family a beautiful heirloom album and corresponding digital files to cherish from their session. I hope to see these 2 cousins together, maybe for a cake smash when they turn 1!  Enjoy some of her many favorites below!
