Outdoor Family Photography | Glastonbury, CT

I’ve had the privilege of not only being friends with this family for many years, but photographing them as well! We met for an outdoor family photography session to encompass family photos, sibling photos, and individual photos of each sister having a spring birthday. We decided to meet at the Wethersfield Cove to give the girls a chance to throw some rocks at the end (always a bonus!). I must say their outfit coordination for their session was exactly what I hope for! We talked about putting spring color pallets together and I always am happy to send clients ideas to work with what they might have in their closets (or some new ideas to try). The yellow and denim combination was just adorable! We had so much fun exploring the area and I just love how many different family photo options they have – I honestly don’t know that I can choose a favorite right now! And the kids loved getting tickled so much that they kept asking for their parents to do it again and again! I love some of the candid images that resulted from that and also the way the morning light wrapped around them throwing rocks into the water. I look forward to helping them choose some beautiful photos to display in their home and add to their collage of annual photos!
