What else can I say about this family? They’ve been coming to see me now for the last 6 years and this time, it was time for some beautiful family photos OUTSIDE after maxing out so many creative birthday sessions in my photography studio. Usually their little one has her birthday in November and they come to see me shortly before our holiday sessions. Here was her last session at age 5! But this year, we decided to meet at the end of September when the weather was still delightful and take pictures with everyone. And what a beautiful night we had! Our adventures took us to Wickham Park in Eastern Connecticut for our photoshoot, and we weren’t the only ones who had the same idea! September is such a nice time to photograph because although the trees haven’t turned yet, we still have access to later summer flower beds before the chilly frosty temperatures of October. And their outfits went just perfectly with the flowers we found! We had a great time walking around the park exploring the different areas, and the little Miss enjoyed showing us her “sassy poses” and how well she could twirl. I can’t believe she is already 6, and it’s been such a pleasure to watch her grow up and get to know her family over the years. These sessions become so much more to me than “just a photoshoot”, but a window into your lives. Enjoy some of the many favorites from their family photoshoot!
