Client Fall Family Photos | Newington, CT

Another year has FLOWN by hasn’t it? And before we knew it, it was already time for our client fall family photos to see some of my regulars and even a few new faces (to fall sessions) this year! Each year I offer 1 afternoon of shorter petite family sessions for past clients only. It’s a great way to see people that would like to come every year, or sometimes multiple times a year with a little bit of a reduction in cost and time. I always love using these as well as my holiday sessions to watch my families grow up, kids get older, and new additions to meet! We try to search each year for a new location (I get bored at the same spots all the time) but sometimes it’s a bit of a challenge without a big driving distance for everyone. And a lot of parks now, especially in Hartford/West Hartford, are charging permit fees to photographers and other commercial use. So – we decided to stay local this year at a pretty spot with scenes that most probably don’t even realize are there. But with a professional eye, I knew we could make it work for some short sessions with a lot of options in a small spot! We met with 6 beautiful families and the kids all brought their smiles for me! It was a little chilly and gray (and foliage was still a bit of magic on my end) but such a great evening together and how do you choose favorite when they are this beautiful?!
