It seems like just yesterday I was meeting this family for their fall photoshoot. Next thing I know, it’s 4 years later and they’re looking to schedule again for some updated pictures! I can’t believe that it’s already been 4 years and boy have the kids grown up so much in that time! I think their youngest was only about 1 during our last photoshoot, and I really think the kids were in perfect ages to do another milestone session. Some families love to come every year for professional photos, while others like to wait a few years in between in order to have a longer and more detailed update. We went to a local open space area for their photos and it was a beautiful fall evening that was clearing as we went through time. The kids all did such a great job posing and smiling and we had a lot of fun exploring and sneaking in some puppet laughs in there too! Regular length sessions are really great for families that have multiple kids of different ages also because we have a little bit more flexibility to let each of them warm up, get re-acquainted with myself and my husband who joins to help with lighting, and just talk about what is new in their lives. It really improves the outcome of the photoshoot and we end up with a lot of variety. In the end, they chose to cherish these with an Heirloom Signature Album and corresponding digital files, which will give them a great combination of both quality images in print and keepsake digitals to make additional prints on their own for current frames they might have around their house. I can’t wait to see how beautiful everything looks when it comes in, and it was wonderful to see this family again! Enjoy looking at some of their many favorites below!
