Happy Family Photos | Newington, CT

Has it really been 3 years since I was able to see this adorable family?! Prior to them moving to Florida, I had captured their maternity, newborn, and birthday photos for their oldest son. Now, they have a third child (a baby girl!) and were back to visit family. Mom told me “I booked you before our hotel!”! I was so honored that they wanted to have family photos taken while they were up here and even happier that I could squeeze them in before they left to head back! You can imagine these would be some happy family photos (if they smiles don’t tell you). We decided on meeting at Wickham Park in South Windsor, CT. It’s always a great summer location with the flowers and many backgrounds to enjoy, especially with kids to explore. With 3 kids though, it can be a lot to manage, especially during a time of day when everyone might be tired from travel and baby girl is still adjusting to naps. But The Flash Lady always knows how to work her magic and we had a great session! Sometimes it’s best to photograph groups or individuals a little at a time instead of trying to cram everyone into every single photo. Sometimes little ones need a break and then will be ready to come back into the pictures. I just love how many different looks we had and they are going to look gorgeous on their walls back at home in Florida! It was great to see them again, and hopefully it won’t be too many years before we see them again for another update!
