Pirate Birthday Photos | Southington, CT

Last week we hosted one of my favorite little girls in the world in our photography studio for her pirate birthday photos! Lily is one of my best friend’s daughters and is already turning FIVE years old next month!! It seems like just yesterday, when I was still new in deciding on joining this career path, that I was taking many, many photos of Lily when she was just born. In fact, it’s where “The Flash Lady” name was first discovered! Whenever I would go to their house to visit, I usually had my camera with me. After a while, Lily’s mom started saying, “The Flash Lady is here!”. And the name stuck! Lily decided that she wanted a pirate themed birthday party this year and we decided to take some pirate birthday photos to have some fun with that theme, as well as take some photos for invitations. Lily’s mom was able to borrow an old chest from a relative and combined with some of my props we had a great set with just the right texture. I hope you enjoy this latest session as much as I do and be sure to contact me at info@theflashladyphotography.com for a birthday or family session of your own!
