Meet Nate | The Gold Hope Project
Meet Nate. Nate is a cancer survivor of Acute Lumphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). After being diagnosed in 2006, he went through 3.5 years of chemotherapy, multiple surgeries to fix his ear tubes, tonsils, adenoids, and gallbladder. He still deals with the lasting difficulties of immune system trouble and migraines, but feels that the snowy owl helped cure him of cancer. He loves the Army and hopes to enlist one day and has an older brother and younger sister along with 2 amazing parents! It was a pleasure being able to create a memorable set and session for them!
I recently joined The Gold Hope Project, an organization that provides volunteer photography sessions to pediatric cancer patients nationwide. They also raise money and awareness to help find cures for these horrible diseases. For more information, visit http://
