The first birthday milestone is such an important one to document for most families. And that’s why I offer options beyond my custom cake smash sessions. Baby Charlotte’s mom was looking for something simple to celebrate turning 1 but also to showcase a very special dress from Grandma. We put together a simple background set up that would highlight her pretty blue dress well, and see what she would do. Charlotte took a little while to get comfortable, as is typical for most one year olds. But once we took out some blocks and toy cars to play with we saw some great smiles and personality. She had fun playing peek-a-boo, taking out her hairbow, and watching bubbles fall over my head! We had a great time getting to know each other and I’m so happy that her parents have a fun, first birthday milestone gallery to enjoy.
