Julia | Sit Up Milestone Photos | Newington, CT

All of my babies are growing up so fast! Little Julia had to have just been here in my Newington, CT studio for her newborn photoshoot! She was so little and petite and not much as changed in just about 7 months, when she came back for her 6-8 month “sit up” session. Julia’s parents had booked our popular Annual Review Plan option, which allows for up to 2 shorter and 1 longer photoshoots in around the baby’s first year. So this allowed them to have their maternity photos, longer newborn photos, and now they saved their final shorter session for this milestone phase. Julia’s Mom brought an adorable pink dress to coincide with my suggestions related to how we photographed her newborn session. It’s a great way to have their photos be consistent and timeless for looking back on years from now. And boy, does Julia LOVE her Mommy! For as many smiles as she gave me, she preferred to be right by her Mom’s side. But fuzzy rugs and familiar toys were the key to her heart, and with a little patience and trying some different things, Julia gave us all of the adorable expressions we could have hoped for! I was so happy to see another one of my babies growing up and I hope to see her again for her first birthday in 2020! Our Annual Review Plan can also be used for a “Baby Plan” which is more traditional for the newborn, 6 month sitter, and 1st year cake smash sessions together in the same year. And many spread out their budget and display options to include many of the photos together in a beautiful grouping at the end of the year.
