Apparently some of my clients walk by my house every day without me knowing – but it’s how they find me too! 😉 Such is the case with baby Gigi’s parents. We are close enough to walk by and I was so excited when they contacted me about newborn photography for their upcoming special arrival! They decided on my popular “Annual Review Plan” which can be used a variety of different ways and is great for parents that know they want multiple sessions especially in their baby’s first year, and can spread out their purchases and budget accordingly. In this case, we decided to use the plan for a newborn session, our popular Santa Experience during the holidays (in place of a 6 month session), and a first year birthday cake smash! When planning for her newborn session, Mom was looking for mauve tones with a vintage feel and if we could, incorporate books (mom is a bookworm!) and of course some family photos at the end. My MIL had just found a cute vintage baby carriage at an antique store in New Hampshire, so I knew it would be perfect to use for Gigi’s photoshoot! She did wonderfully! After some food upon arrival, it was off to dreamland. At just over 6 pounds, she was the cutest little peanut! But she posed so well and I was overjoyed when she was good for her baby carriage pose – it quickly became a favorite for her parents! We had a lot of other variety during her session too even some poses with books for Mom and a digital composite too. I am so glad that her parents are going to have so many photos to enjoy, both in print and digitally. I can’t wait to see how much she has grown during her Santa Experience and cake smash milestones coming up.
