Winter Rustic Newborn Photos | Plainville, CT

This little man made his appearance just before Christmas as the perfect gift for his family to celebrate the holidays! After some time to get settled at home, he joined me at my Newington, CT photography studio for his winter rustic newborn photos! I always love planning each session with my clients as it’s so important to choose colors and props based on a variety of things. Mom was hoping to incorporate greens and whites into their color palate in order to go not only with their home decor, but celebrate the time of year that he was born without doing too much in the way of holiday commemoration. I think it was a great idea! This sweetheart arrived ready for breakfast, but after a good feeding he was perfectly happy snuggling in my arms and drifting off to sleep. Despite our many outfit changes, he was content and patient with us as we carefully moved through the poses to create such a wonderful variety for his family. I was even able to use some personal items from my home as they reminded me of winter and went perfectly with the props that we used. Towards the end of his photoshoot, we had big brother and his parents join for sibling photos of just the 2 boys, and family photos all together. I love how his scenes came together so well and his gallery flowed so nicely for their product choices. After going through my many menu options, we chose our very popular wood cluster wall art along with some high resolution digital files to create a well rounded value purchase to enjoy for years to come.
