Baby Andy came to our Newington, CT studio last month for his newborn session and I was so happy to meet the rest of his family! Big brother came for some family photos and we took time during the longer session for sibling photos of the two brothers together as well. He was so proud and they looked so cute together! Andy’s newborn session turned into more of a wrapped newborn photography session because he just loved being snuggled! Sometimes this happens, and I always tell parents that we will work with whatever their baby likes best after trying a few things, and can utilize plenty of wraps, props, and colors to create a beautiful gallery regardless if they are posed naked, or wrapped in a prop! And Andy loved being wrapped! Their family photo together is so sweet and one of my recent favorites! And Mom looks so gorgeous holding her brand new baby! We used gray and blue tones that Mom chose for the color scheme along with some added warm tones of cream and the wood from our barnwood wall. Gray is such a classic color and is really timeless especially for printing for your home later. It was wonderful to work with them later at their ordering appointment to design multiple framed prints, a baby book, and add on some keepsake digital files to their session for a complete collection they can view daily and enjoy for a lifetime! It was such a pleasure working together and I hope to see baby Andy again for his next milestone!
