Noelle’s grandmother approached me a few months ago about purchasing a gift certificate for her daughter-in-law and son for their upcoming baby’s newborn photoshoot. This is such a GREAT idea that is often under-utilized by new parents! Fine Art newborn photography can be purchased by even just a few relatives or friends at your baby shower/sprinkle and it’s a wonderful way to have something truly unique and special after your baby is born! We can even do both paper and e-gift card formats so your gift can be ready as a surprise for their special event. Noelle was due on 12/27, but decided to make her debut 2 weeks early as an early Christmas present! We scheduled her session for just after Christmas and what a JOY she was to photograph! We were able to do so many different looks and set ups and gave a lot of options for her parents to choose from. She slept the morning away in my warm Newington, CT studio while I carefully and safely moved her into a variety of positions. Mom requested a lavender and cream look with my barnwood background for parent photos and I think the gallery came together beautifully! And we even utilized a few new poses/set ups and something with a little holiday flair just because her name is Noelle after all and she was born right around the holidays! Mom also asked to include her own baby blanket in the gallery and we wrapped it lovingly around her in one of the poses – so cute!
