My youngest niece just graduated high school this year (CRAZY!) and since March we had discussed doing her studio senior portraits to surprise her mom for her birthday later in the summer. We also wanted to coordinate with the near complete studio remodel and decided on late June to get together. Senior photography is still a new genre for me, but one that I hope to become more involved in! It’s refreshing to work with a beautiful subject who looks so natural and needless to say we definitely shocked her mother when the big reveal happened last week! During her session, we also worked on some new lighting techniques (seamless white background, spotlight behind the subject) and I was extremely pleased with the results!
