Twin 1st Birthday Cake Smash | Hartford, CT

Twins equal twice the fun! I should know being a multiple myself (although just 1 little for me!), and it’s always a riot to see baby twins interact with each other. I was so excited when these two cuties came back to my Newington, CT studio for their twin 1st birthday cake smash! It seemed like just yesterday we were watching them roll around at Christmas for holiday photos! As always, one sibling is always giving the other a hard time. Sister is currently the boss of the two, and liked to give Brother a nudge every once and a while to let him know it! We took some pre-cake portraits first just to highlight not only their sibling love, but their unique personalities as individuals also (VERY important for multiples growing up!). When it was time for the cake, clearly it was the best day ever for Sister! She LOVED the cake! Both of them also loved playing with the wooden spoons I added in (always helps continue the cake interest a little longer!). Bath time was also a joy to watch them splash around the tub together! They had so many adorable cake smash photos it was difficult to narrow down during the editing process. But mom and dad have PLENTY of amazing photos both with and without the cake to enjoy! I hope you smile seeing some of them too!
