Professional Newborn Photography | Glastonbury, CT

Oh James! My 2nd James-name baby boy in a few months was in my Newington, CT studio for his professional newborn photography session and I was so excited to finally meet him! His family has been seeing me for photos since last year when they came for our always popular Santa Experience during the holidays, and this year I was honored for them to be back for not only his newborn photos, but family photos prior as well! James’s mom was hoping for a gray and blue color scheme to go with colors in the rest of the house, and I was SO excited to use a new hat and wrap set for the occasion! Many of my custom handmade props come from vendors all over the USA and even other countries too! There is just no comparison to the amazing quality that some of these artists can provide and you can see why! They fit the babies and photograph on them so well and are nice and snuggly against their delicate skin too. We just couldn’t get over how cute he looked in this pom pom hat! He gave us a little bit of an extra workout that morning, but my sleepy baby powers worked their magic for as many safe poses as we could get. Some of my favorites photos were with his parents and brothers though (yes, 3 boys in this family now!)! Their family photo is going to look so amazing in a custom frame hanging above the mantle! Mom just looks amazing with that pop of color in her blouse! And with an heirloom album to match so they can look through more of his photos, it’s going to be very special to see again and again as the years pass. I am so grateful to welcome baby number 3 to this family, and I can’t wait to watch little James grow up! Be sure to scroll through to the end, there just might be a surprise photo! 😉
